You will ensure proper coordination across all technical disciplines and strict compliance with milestones, deadlines, and the overall project schedule for a long-term international assignment. brKey Responsibilities: brDevelop and manage the project schedule across engineering, procurement, and construction phases. brOversee and plan large-scale budgets and schedules for projects exceeding €100 M. brCoordinate cross-functional disciplines: civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and piping, among others. brReview, validate, and monitor schedules submitted by contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and commitments. brContinuously integrate and update partial schedules into the overall project plan. brSupport project execution in industrial environments (experience in both Brownfield and Greenfield projects is a plus). brOrganize and lead progress meetings, reporting, and schedule updates. brAct as a technical point of contact with all project stakeholders. Requirements: brEngineering Degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or similar). brMinimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project planning. brProven track record in projects with a CAPEX/budget of at least €100 M. brExtensive experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of industrial plants. brStrong multidisciplinary coordination skills and ability to manage complex timelines. brEnglish level: C1 preferred (minimum B2 mandatory), as it is the official project language. brMobility: Full availability to relocate and work in Sweden for a 5-year duration. brExperience in large-scale projects in Spain with top-tier companies (construction firms, engineering companies, installers, oil gas) is a plus.
