Our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and people development drives our dedication to customer and consumer satisfaction. brThe Mission brWe are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager for commercial development of the Spanish market, focusing on both food and non‐food industrial categories (dairy, ice cream, detergents, and others). brThis role will be responsible for expanding the customer portfolio, developing growth strategies, and providing the Group with structured market insights and trends. brKey Responsibilities brConduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities, defining successful strategies together with management. brBuild and strengthen a network of clients, partners, and relevant business stakeholders. brPrepare commercial proposals focused on New Business and new client acquisition. brManage the sales pipeline and oversee all stages of the commercial cycle. brPrepare forecasts and reports, and support in resolving critical issues. brCoordinate activities with internal and external teams, both nationally and internationally. brEnsure achievement of commercial targets. brContribute to the budgeting process and manage client accounts, ensuring proper cost and margin control. brAnalyze customers' financial data (e.g., sales reports) and develop strategies to open, recover, and retain clients. Requirements Competencies brUniversity degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields. brSolid experience in commercial roles (+5 years) with strong B2 B background. brProven experience in the packaging industry (folding carton, rigid containers, or flexible packaging). brStrong hunter profile, highly oriented toward new business development and acquisition of new clients. brExcellent organizational skills, priority setting, and time management. brStrong communication skills, active listening, and ability to share information effectively. brAnalytical mindset and problem‐solving skills with assertiveness and diplomacy. brAutonomy, empathy, creativity, accuracy, critical thinking, and dynamism. brGood knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point); SAP knowledge is a plus. brLanguages fluency in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
