The role enables an understanding of the controlling environment and reporting capabilities within the Global Process Execution HUB.
Role Responsibilities
* Support the reporting team in the execution of monthly close activities and deliveries (SAP, EDW & EPM) required on the Corporate calendar.
* Support the controlling activities related to SOX controls, blackline monthly reconciliations, clearing of open items in SAP, KPI maintenance, capex reports, etc.
* Manage and update Soft Expert (tool where the HUB documentation is saved)
* Be an active member of the team and help in the progress of the Administrative Excellence Program.
Qualifications
* Degree in Finance Accounting, or Business Administration
* Experience in audit and internal control is desirable
* Develop and maintain good relationships within the team
* Systems/software – SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel
* Fluent in English
