About The Job
We are seeking a Demand Planning Manager based in our Barcelona office to lead a team of demand planners across the EMEA region. Your key responsibilities include:
* Supporting and developing local demand planners reporting to you
* Implementing an S&OP framework within your region, including demand reviews, assortment screening, NPI process, and regional pre S&OP meetings
* Improving product availability through data analysis, forecasts, and order patterns
* Monitoring stock levels and proposing actions to reduce excess
* Encouraging the use of our demand, forecast, and inventory management tool Slim4 (Slimstock)
* Serving as the SPOC for Slimstock regarding functional questions and improvements
* Supporting local companies and aligning them with our EMEA processes
Candidate Profile
* 3-5 years of experience in demand and inventory planning
* Knowledge of demand reviews, S&OP cycles, NPI, portfolio management, inventory policies, and ABC analysis
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field
* Hands-on mentality
* Accurate, analytical, proactive
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
* Knowledge of Slimstock or similar inventory tools
* Understanding of forecast accuracy metrics and bias
* ERP system experience (e.g., D365, AX, Navision, SAP) is a plus
* Experience with PowerBI for report creation is a plus
* Willingness to travel across EMEA
* Enthusiastic leadership and positive mindset
