About the Role:
- Monitor project construction and operational performance to ensure smooth execution.
Evaluate financial reports and ratios for financial institutions ensuring timely delivery.
1. Analyze project income and costs controlling expenses effectively.
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team based in Sevilla or Madrid. Your primary responsibilities will be to support ongoing projects through diligent monitoring of financial records as well as skillful management of client communications. You should have exceptional problem-solving skills preferably backed by education in finance or closely related field accompanied by relevant working experience within this sphere covering at least three years. Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel & Word - knowledge of macro basics would help greatly while communicating technical concepts smoothly both orally & written efficiently fulfilling duties set out above clearly meeting compliance requirements like GDPR disclosing opportunities wherever appropriate- balancing Company Business needs appropriately obviously etc... although preference given perhaps attractive paid bonuses!
