Job Description\nIn your role as Head of Product Team Commercial Air Conditioning Europe you hold P&L; responsibility for the light commercial Air Conditioning business in the region Europe within the Product Line Air Conditioning and Well-Being.

This includes
\n
Profit & Loss responsibility for PAC units and VRF systems in the region (revenue, gross margin)
\n
Strategy development and execution in accordance with the Product Line strategy (market, products, R&D;, manufacturing)
\n
Portfolio management for products in the assigned region for Hitachi, Bosch and York branded light commercial Air Conditioning products
\n
Pricing strategy (setting and steering) in alignment with the country sales organizations
\n
Qualifications\nExperience and Knowledge
\n
Strong command of P&L;, business acumen
\n
Very good command of pricing waterfalls, margin and cost steering mechanisms
\n
Familiarity with working with large contractors, developers and commercial partners in the building sector
\n
Understand and manage legislation framework with country-specific regulations, deriving relevant requirements for product and market development
\n
Specific market knowledge of HVAC industry (technology, trends, competitors)
\n
Knowledge of sales channels, business models of key partners across the country sales organizations
\n
Extensive knowledge of Asian manufacturers’ landscape
\n
Technical knowledge of most common HVAC solutions and their usage in buildings
\n
Good knowledge of building architectural needs, regulatory framework by country and its impact on HVAC technology roadmap
\n
Good knowledge of supporting processes along the sales journey (marketing, pre-sales, training, after-sales, spare parts management)
\n
Personality and Working Practice

Education
\n
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Energy Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related technical field
\n
Additional qualifications in Business Administration, Product Management, or Innovation Management are advantageous
