Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Activity Management:
2. Consolidate and validate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for site activities.
3. Contribute expertise to various projects and identify key personnel to involve.
4. Develop and implement action plans to improve KPIs.
5. Team Management:
6. Develop team leaders and employees.
7. Assess and approve recruitment needs within your scope, aligning with the company's "caring" values.
8. Define and challenge collective and individual annual objectives for the team.
9. Serve as the liaison to the Regional Manager, providing visibility into team activities.
Requirements
* Successful experience in team management, demonstrating leadership and coordination skills.
* Interpersonal skills and stress management: ability to handle complex or conflictual situations.
* Organization and planning: effective task management and distribution.
* Data analysis: ability to monitor KPIs and interpret performance indicators.
* Languages: proficiency in English and Spanish; mastery of other foreign languages is an asset.
Benefits
* Meal allowance: 9 EUR per day worked.
* Transport allowance: 50 EUR per month (gross amount).
* Annual performance bonus: up to 170 EUR gross (paid in April).
* Quarterly bonus: up to 200 EUR gross per quarter.
* Annual bonus: 5,000 EUR of the annual base salary (paid in December, variable depending on objectives).
* Insurance: coverage from the first day of integration, paid by the employer.
