Job Responsibilities
* Define document management best practices and optimize SharePoint Online's search functionalities.
* Accelerate MS Teams implementation for Education to enhance online student experiences.
* Support cloud migration initiatives, including network file shares to cloud storage.
* Manage Incident and Service requests using a Ticketing system.
* Support multiple site locations and diverse cultures.
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support as a Subject Matter Expert.
* Configure and document system settings, templates, workflows, and permissions in SharePoint Online and MS Teams.
* Develop, maintain, and document custom workflows and forms.
* Support IT incident resolution, prepare documentation, and develop SOPs.
* Develop and enforce governance and security policies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Online administrator.
* Experience with MS Teams implementation and evangelism.
* Proficiency in Powershell, Sharegate, and Powell Software (preferred).
* Experience migrating network shares to cloud storage.
* Excellent command of English; French and Spanish skills are a plus.
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Additional skills in supporting education sector projects and a customer-oriented approach are advantageous.
