If you're ready to create excellence with us, you'll be appreciated and rewarded.What you will do* Lead and implement strategic logistics and transformation projects within the After Sales Supply Chain.* Propose and validate optimal logistics solutions aligned with business and customer needs.* Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.* Develop and deploy new processes, tools, and methods to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.* Manage project budgets, risks, and decision files from design to operational rollout.* Ensure adoption of new tools and processes through training and support.* Benchmark and capitalize on previous projects and market solutions.* Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, service providers, and international teams.What we're looking for* A proven track record in managing complex logistics or supply chain projects, and leading cross-functional teams.* University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.* Excellent skills in project management and change management.* Strong competencies in analytical thinking and stakeholder coordination, with a collaborative approach.* Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.* Excellent command of English, both spoken and written;
