We are looking for a Construction Manager with international availability who will be responsible forfor planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities on-site to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage construction teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to avoid delays and conflicts.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project management and clients.
- Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction supervision and project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools.
