It's still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us! Our B2B Team: The B2B team develops and grows Joko's merchant network and available offers. The B2B team is divided between three business lines at Joko: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards. Online: Account Managers grow and manage our portfolio of e-commerce partners, directly with e-merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms. Card-Linked: Our Sales team signs Enterprise deals with top-tier retailers with physical stores; Account Managers grow lasting partnerships. Gift Cards: Account Managers grow and manage the portfolio of brands and retailers through relations with providers and direct merchant relationships. Led by Nicolas, our CRO, we are a vibrant team that works closely with other teams to give the best experience to our partners and build strong long-term relationships. We are a small but energetic squad that manages contracts with a deep sense of camaraderie. What You Will Do As Head of Gift Cards, you will lead the business line end-to-end and manage a 4-person team to take it to the next level. The Gift Cards business line is the latest at Joko and is already growing fast with €100M+ GMV. You will report directly to Nicolas (Co-founder & CRO) and work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to accelerate the business in France and internationally. Growth & performance: Grow the Gift Cards business line from €100M to €1B+ GMV, after bringing it from €0 to €100M in the past 2 years. Management: Build and grow a high-performing Gift Cards team to support continued scale. International expansion: Scale the business line in the US and launch in new markets, building partnerships with local gift card providers and PSPs. Monetization: Increase revenue by signing new merchants and improving commission rates. Cross-functional leadership: Coordinate Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to improve the Gift Cards experience in the app and increase its penetration and usage. Ownership: Fully own the Gift Cards P&L, optimizing for revenue and margin growth. Who We're Looking For Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in tech or startups. Go-to-market: Solid go-to-market experience; country launches or international expansion a strong plus. Management: Significant managerial experience, including hiring and developing high-performing teams. Project management: Excellent execution skills, able to drive roadmaps with rigor and collaborate across teams; productive with tools and able to deliver on time. Entrepreneurial spirit: Thrive in fast-changing environments and demonstrate bias toward action. Languages: Fluent in English and French.
