Job Description
The Marketing Specialist is required to assist with the execution and tracking of all marketing activities and campaigns across both physical and digital platforms and channels (marketing automation platforms, marketing email distribution, social media, websites UX / UI design optimization).
These activities require the brief, design, production, and edition of draft content and final arts for both traditional and digital media channels for all B2B and B2B2C requirements according to brand guidelines: adverts and banners, brochures, articles, blog posts, website maintenance, emails, presentations, campaigns, video editing, and more. Also, management and facilitation of all marketing collateral materials and PPTs for Sales teams.
You will report to the Head of Marketing in the market.
You will also assist with physical events and sponsorships for both external and internal audiences.
General Marketing
* Help conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns from brief to lead generation - physical and digital
* Advocate for brand guidelines
* Complete advanced design tasks
* Create templates for development teams according to brand guidelines and UX / UI experience
* Assist with managing publications and monitoring social media accounts
* Create / validate content for internal / external communications
* Conduct basic market and competitor research
Administration
* Handle administration tasks (marketing briefs, updating records, inventory management)
* Source quotes for branded materials
* Assist the marketing team with administrative tasks
* Organize and coordinate event materials
* Create product sheets and conduct related research
Digital Responsibilities
* Create and distribute email campaigns (Eloqua)
* Manage marketing database in SharePoint (liaising with data administrators, sales, and team members to ensure accuracy)
* Create website content
* Assist with social media campaigns and manage digital SEM campaigns
Qualifications
* 3 years of experience working in marketing departments
* Experience creating content in native Spanish and English
* Experience leading marketing campaigns
* Proficiency with design tools (Adobe, Photoshop, Video, UX/UI)
* Experience editing PowerPoint presentations
* Experience with CMS tools (WordPress)
* Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce)
* Experience with marketing automation platforms (ORACLE, Eloqua)
