Domillion is a profitable and well-established ( 11 years ) short-term rental (STR) company based in Lithuania and Spain — one of Europe’s most attractive vacation markets. We are seeking an execution-focused Head of Business Development to lead this next phase of international growth.

We manage properties professionally using technology, automation, and digital tools to deliver value to both owners and guests.
The Role As Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for scaling our Spanish business, with a clear focus on:
Driving listings growth – your primary KPI
Maintaining relationship with listing owners
Closely work with ad agencies in creating and executingdigital marketing strategies to attract new property owners
Developing and managing effective broker and partner motivation schemes
You will report directly to the Domillion founder and have broad autonomy to shape the company’s growh strategy.
Location The role is based in Costa del Sol, Spain .
Candidate Profile We are looking for a growth-oriented deal maker with a systematic approach to business management and a scale mindset — someone who thrives in building repeatable systems that drive sustainable growth.
Must-Haves:
Proven deal-making or client-serving ability, ideally in hospitality, property tech, or growing real estate agencies
Familiarity with the short-term rental business
Systematic approach to business operations and scaling processes
Strong command of English
Driver’s license
Strong Advantages:
Proficiency in Spanish
