What Youll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of the brand, ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling supported and valued:
* Respond to incoming customer requests with professionalism and empathy.
* Provide technical support on products/apps.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues requiring advanced IT and audio expertise.
* Keep up-to-date with product applications and knowledge base to deliver accurate solutions.
* Proactively update customers on the status and progress of their cases.
What You Bring
Were looking for people who combine excellent communication skills with technical know-how:
* Proficient/Bilingual in French and fluent in English.
* Strong customer care skills with a genuine passion for problem-solving.
* Solid IT knowledge in:
o Signal Path Connectivity
o Wireless Networking
o Live Music & Audiovisual Products
* Comfortable working in Windows and Mac environments.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally in technical support.
* A positive attitude, flexibility, and resilience under pressure.
