Support the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of key commercial operating rhythms, including performance reviews, forecasting cycles, pipeline reviews, and commercial planning processes.Ensure each rhythm runs on time, with clear preparation requirements, consistent inputs, and actionable outputs. Process & Tool Optimization
Map, standardize, and continuously improve key sales and commercial processes.Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and supporting tools.Drive adoption of systems, data standards, and best practices across the commercial organization.Ensure CRM hygiene and enforce consistent usage guidelines.Monitor and ensure data quality and integrity across commercial systems.Identify operational bottlenecks and lead iterative improvement initiatives. Cross‐Functional Alignment & Execution Support
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on metrics, definitions, and timelines.Facilitate preparation for key commercial reviews and ensure follow‐up actions are captured, tracked, and executed.Support onboarding and training related to CRM, reporting tools, and sales processes. RequirementsEducation & Experience
Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate education is a plus.8+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or related roles.Proven track record of delivering process improvements and operational excellence.Experience in international business environments, coordinating across countries, regions, or business units.Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Exposure to the Power, Oil & Gas, and Infrastructure sectors.Experience in organizations delivering a diverse technical service portfolio, combining engineering and supervision projects with inspection, testing, and site‐based services.Knowledge of the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry, including service positioning, contracting models, and market structure.
