Barrington James is seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales and achieving revenue targets within the acute care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement targeted account plans to maximise revenue and sales growth.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and identify new opportunities.
* Manage customer accounts, ensuring service requirements and clinical needs are met.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed customer data.
* Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, and other relevant events.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
* A degree in life sciences is essential.
* Proven experience in account management or sales within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
