**Your Role & Your Responsibilities**
- Support/guide key users for business process and IT tools implementation and deployment.
- General coordination and keep track of progress of projects by using “XE Quality assurance process” within the transformation program.
- Support the XE workstreams in monitoring and processing requirements. Support end-two-end product life cycle for continuous improvement.
- Support the change management strategy for development, implementation, deployment and continuous improvement of the new processes and tools (ONEPLM eco system).
- Support coordination for training plans realization.
- Be part of the Operational Excellence and Transformation team with a passion for continuous learning and develop the full potential.
**Your Skills & Strengths**
- Studies in engineering, industrial engineering or technical business administration.
- Studies in engineering or industrial engineering. Experience in automotive industry is a plus.
- Empathic. Resilient and patient.
- Driver and result oriented, Proactive.
- Ability to get consensus while securing key deliverables.
- Good understanding of IT technology, IT development and implementation of business processes.
- Good knowledge in traditional and new working methodologies in the automotive industry (waterfall, Agile, hybrid, simultaneous engineering ).
- Knowledge in Mahle corporate processes (PDP, Standards ) is desirable.
- Highly organized and structured way of working.
- Analytical skills with a solution and action-oriented mentality. and “make it happen” mindset.
- High communication skills in English and Spanish across multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
- Project Manager or PMI or similar is a plus
