What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Back Office Order Management Technician.

What will your challenges be?
* Design and implement Isdin's corporate back-office order-to-cash processes to achieve customer experience objectives at minimum cost (product master data, ATP, order entry), aligned with all Isdin departments.
* Manage Germany's ATP (order) process, coordinating with Marketing DE, BITs, and warehouses (external provid ers SK, D&O)
Are you the one we are waiting for?
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (ADE).
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Customer Care operations.
* Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish. German is a plus.
* Others: Proficient in Excel, SAP SD, and EDI.
