The role manages health, safety, and environmental risks, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports ESG initiatives while promoting a strong culture of prevention and employee wellbeing. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliEnsure compliance with HS regulations and maintain policies, procedures, and risk prevention measures /liliIdentify and manage workplace risks, including incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions /liliCoordinate audits, emergency plans, and liaise with regulatory bodies and external partners /liliDeliver HS training, promote employee awareness, and support wellbeing initiatives /liliEnsure HS compliance of suppliers, contractors, and workplaces /liliSupport environmental management (ISO 14001), including monitoring, compliance, and ESG alignment /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements Skills /b /pulliStrong HS and risk prevention knowledge /liliUnderstanding of sustainability and environmental practices /liliAnalytical, proactive, and solution-oriented /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /liliFluent in Spanish and English /lili3–5 years in Health Safety or similar role /liliKnowledge of Spanish HS regulations (international exposure is a plus) /liliRelevant HS qualification required; degree is a plus /liliEligible for Servicio de Prevención Mancomunado (min. 3 specialties) /liliISO 14001 or environmental knowledge is advantageous /li /ulpbr/ppAt HBX Group, we believe diversity fuels innovation and makes travel a force for good.
