Are you considering a career move as we approach 2026 and currently living in Málaga (or open to relocating)? We are looking for Flutter Engineers to join, through one of our technology partners, the creation of a new international tech hub in Málaga focused on a high-impact mobile product in the premium travel & lifestyle space.
You will be part of a team working on the evolution of a well-established mobile application already in production, used by a large and active global audience. The product belongs to one of the most influential names in luxury travel, culture, and experiences worldwide — known for its editorial excellence, strong brand identity, and presence across multiple international markets.
This hub is a long-term strategic initiative, designed to grow steadily over the coming years, offering real opportunities to grow technically and, if desired, take on leadership responsibilities as the team scales.

What will your day-to-day look like?
* You will design, develop, and evolve core features for a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter 3.x, delivering smooth, high-quality user experiences to thousands of active users
* You will translate Figma / Sketch designs into reusable, scalable, and high-performance UI components, contributing your own technical and UX perspective
* You will integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, implementing secure identity and authentication flows based on OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect
* You will actively contribute to performance, memory, and responsiveness optimization, ensuring a premium experience across a wide range of devices
* You will write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests, helping ensure stability and reliability in a production-grade application
* You will collaborate in the evolution of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Firebase App Distribution), supporting frequent and reliable releases
* You will stay up to date with new Flutter/Dart patterns, libraries, and best practices, proposing architectural and technical improvements
* You will work closely with design, backend, analytics, and product teams in an international environment
* If you have leadership experience, you may also contribute to mentoring, technical decision-making, and team organization, in a more lead or manager-oriented role within the hub
What are the key requirements for this position?
* Professional experience working with Flutter in production environments
* Strong command of Dart and Flutter architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
* Experience integrating REST / GraphQL APIs and working with local storage solutions (Hive, SQFlite)
* Familiarity with state management approaches such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX
* Hands-on experience with Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Notifications)
* High level of English (minimum B2), as you will work in an international, English-speaking environment
You’ll earn extra points if you have…
* Experience integrating Flutter modules into native iOS / Android applications
* Knowledge of animations and motion libraries such as Lottie or Rive
* Experience with analytics and experimentation platforms (e.g. Snowplow, Firebase Analytics)
* Understanding of subscription models, paywalls, or entitlement systems
* Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the Flutter community
