PV Quality Management Senior Manager (m / f / x)
The position :
This role supports the DSE Pharmacovigilance (PV) Quality Management Lead in ensuring PV operational standards are achieved with excellence. Responsibilities include quality control of PV tasks by DSE (EU headquarters, affiliates, CROs, license partners), and proactive quality monitoring focusing on QMS areas like procedural documents and training.
The Senior Manager also acts as Deputy to the PV Quality Management Lead during absences.
* Maintain and improve operational standards.
* Collaborate on content creation with subject matter experts.
* Create, review, and distribute procedural documents.
* Manage internal training compliance.
* Identify process improvements and harmonizations.
* Contribute to project planning and coordination within global workstreams.
* Organize and coordinate training activities and projects.
* Lead onboarding and ongoing training at regional and global levels.
* Implement strategies for process improvements.
* Contribute to global Quality Management System enhancements.
* Support procedures to improve quality in collaboration with CSPV group.
* Monitor PV task quality and facilitate improvements.
* Propose process improvements based on industry standards and benchmarking.
* Support system/tool implementation for process enhancements.
Professional experience & education :
University degree
* 5 to 8 years of experience
* Broad PV knowledge and procedural system experience within QMS
* Experience with GxP training activities
* Project management skills
* Strong computer and presentation skills
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Reliable with precise operating principles
* Analytical, systematic, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to understand complex issues and focus on continuous improvement
* Effective intercultural communication skills
* Proactive, autonomous, reliable, and able to work in international teams
* Flexible and adaptable
