What you will do
* Collaborate with stakeholders, EU Institution representatives, data analysts, and technical teams to understand business objectives and requirements.
* Perform requirements elicitation and catalogue.
* Provide business support for the EUROSUR Enterprise architecture definition.
* Support the EUROSUR 2.0 deployment roadmap.
* Define functional design of the EUROSUR 2.0 according to its functional roadmap.
* Create user stories and use cases.
* Provide functional support for test cases and testing.
* Support rollout and training of end users.
* Define process measurement performance indicators.
* Perform gap and scope analysis.
* Develop process documentation (maps, workflow, templates, designs).
* Support the setup of the structure for EUROSUR 2.0 Architecture and process management.
* Analyze source data to map, define, and document technical requirements for data transformation to create flat tables for analysis.
* Define technical requirements for EUROSUR 2.0 analytical dashboards (web-based reports, charts, tables, maps).
* Gather and translate analytical requirements, specifying data sources, calculations, filters, visualization types.
* Conduct user acceptance testing of dashboards created by another team.
Requirements
* Bachelor or Master’s Degree (MBA/MSc).
* At least 5 years of proven experience as an analyst, business analyst, project manager, functional architect, or consultancy in intelligence, law enforcement, or security.
* Relevant certifications: PRINCE2, PMI, PM2, or equivalent.
* OR Change management certificate.
* OR IALEIA Basic Analyst Classification.
* OR Police/Military/Security studies.
* OR Criminal Intelligence Certified Analyst.
* Experience in requirements elicitation and analysis from legal frameworks, modelling tools, and logical data models.
* Experience coordinating initiatives within complex projects and across projects.
* Experience organising, participating, and presenting at workshops in an international setting, preferably with EU Member States and Schengen countries.
* Excellent knowledge of BPMN 2.0.
* Familiarity with the EBCG 2.0 Regulation, EUROSUR Implementing Regulation, and the EUROSUR Handbook.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* English proficiency (C1).
Nice-to-have
* Experience in the public sector/security/law enforcement.
* Familiarity with EUROSUR concepts, stakeholders, core business domains, and its CIS infrastructure.
