We are looking for an innovative, and motivated Human Resources Technician to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle and supporting global mobility initiatives. You will partner with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent, while also managing international assignments, ensuring compliance with global mobility requirements, and providing a seamless relocation experience for employees.
Responsibilities
* Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, designing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
* Create and implement new talent attraction initiatives to engage top talent.
* Conduct direct searches, headhunting, screening, and shortlisting the best candidates for various roles, and carry out all necessary assessments (interviews, assessment centers, language tests, etc.).
* Act as a trusted advisor to the business in talent attraction and recruitment matters.
* Coordinate and negotiate relocation allowances for selected international candidates.
* Keep job descriptions updated and aligned with company needs.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to plan annual recruitment needs and identify key talent within teams for retention.
* Partner with universities and business schools on employer branding initiatives.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
* Continuously improve our talent acquisition function, refining processes, and implementing best practices.
* Manage global mobility processes, including visa and immigration procedures, legal compliance and relocation support (housing, schooling, family assistance).
Qualifications
* Education: Degree in Labor Relations & Human Resources, Law, Psychology or a related field. A Master’s in Human Resources is a plus.
* Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and mobility processes for Life Sciences companies. Experience in recruitment agencies or headhunting is highly valuable.
* Skills: Familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter tools. Strong management and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships. Results-driven and solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
