Your role demands a harmonious blend of soft skills and technical proficiency (Unreal, Cinema 4D, Blender, in crafting KPI focused creative (video) ideas that truly connect with our audience. You possess the unique ability to balance innovative thinking while leveraging data to validate your creative hypotheses. Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of artists, designers and motion designers in creating compelling content across various platforms.User Acquisition and Performance Marketing: Develop innovative ideas for user acquisition advertisements and performance marketing, focusing on maximizing ROI and player engagement.Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee the creation and implementation of creative campaigns across different channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging and branding.Innovation in Advertising: Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising, retargeting strategies and personalized ad content.Quality Assurance and Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality and maintain consistency with the game's IP and brand identity.Community and Player Engagement: Creating engaging content using player insights to refine strategies and increase our reach.What We're Looking ForA minimum of 3 years in a Creative Lead role or equivalent, showcasing your leadership and depth in the creative field.A compelling portfolio that demonstrates not just your creative flair but also your strategic approach to content creation.Proven hands-on experience in creating high-quality video content, with a particular emphasis on storytelling that captures the attention of our audience.A proven ability to drive projects from concept to completion, demonstrating both creative and operational excellence. This includes a deep understanding of creative production timelines and costs, ensuring efficient and cost-effective project delivery.Exceptional communication skills in English, necessary for effective collaboration and clear articulation of creative vision.
