In partnership with the Product Director, translate long-term product vision and objectives into a clear operation and action plan. Ensure that project goals, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and understood across departmentsStakeholder Communication :
Serve as the primary production contact for internal stakeholders and external partners. Ensure that all parties are regularly informed about project status, milestones, and adjustmentsRisk Management :
Proactively identify potential risks in the production process and develop mitigation strategies. Regularly review and adjust plans to navigate evolving project scopes and external dependencies. Identify major gaps in current workflows and foundational challenges in how the team operates as a whole, identifying & getting ahead of challenges, and directing leads in addressing complex issues / working to resolve themTeam Management :
