Experteer Overview As an Area/Shift Manager in Amazon’s Transportation Service (ATS), you lead a diverse team to keep pace with demand while prioritising safety and quality. You’ll work across shifts to improve productivity, solve operational challenges, and coordinate with other managers and partners to meet customer targets. - Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Spanish language proficiency (read, write, speak)
- Experience managing teams
- Experience with process improvement techniques is a plus
- Experience in a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment
