Job Description
Malwarebytes is looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Consumer team. In this role, you will manage our AWS environment using infrastructure as code, promote best practices, and help design, create, and maintain CI/CD automation processes. We seek someone eager to learn, innovative, and committed to implementing cutting-edge solutions.
What You’ll Do
* Manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub Actions
* Develop and maintain automation and test tools for client applications
* Engineer and automate CI/CD processes from source control management systems to drive continuous delivery of our consumer applications
* Collaborate with IT/SEC/Platform operations to ensure system availability and security, supporting users across various teams
* Update documentation and runbooks as processes evolve
* Explore new technologies through testing and experimentation
* Continue growing technical skills via training and certifications
* Participate in periodic on-call rotations to support production systems
Skills You’ll Need
* BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience and certifications
* At least 4 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Administration with AWS (EC2, ECS, ECR, CloudWatch); EKS and CloudFront are pluses
* Proficiency with infrastructure as code using Terraform and GitHub
* Strong automation skills for complex processes
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
* Knowledge of code compilation, signing, and CI/CD lifecycle management
* Linux system administration and Docker container management experience; Windows Server and containers are a plus
* Analytical skills to identify and implement solutions for performance and cost efficiency
