We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Data Scientist
with expertise in
Qlik Sense scripting and data visualization
to support the implementation of a long-term regulatory framework. This role is central to transforming complex, multi-year data collection and analysis processes into actionable insights that support evidence-based lawmaking and stakeholder coordination across industries, NGOs, and EU member states. You will be part of a dynamic team based in Seville, working closely with regulatory experts, IT professionals, and industry stakeholders to design, manage, and optimize data workflows and visualizations that inform critical policy decisions.

Key Responsibilities Design & Develop of Data Collection tool:
Review and reengineer the Excel-based questionnaire to ensure it effectively collects the necessary information from key stakeholders and is optimized for integration with Qlik Sense and future visualization needs. Act as a key liaison with the
development team, providing input and guidance on the structure and content of data collection tools (e.G., web-based questionnaires). Ensure that data collection is aligned with visualization and analysis needs and optimized for integration with
Qlik Sense. Data Analysis & Visualization:
Build and maintain
advanced Qlik Sense dashboards
tailored to regulatory requirements. Use
NPrinting
to automate the generation of PDF reports and visual summaries for stakeholder discussions. Translate raw data into digestible formats for policy analysis and decision-making. Data Quality & Iteration:
Manage iterative data validation processes with stakeholders to resolve data inconsistencies. Support up to
10+ rounds of data refinement
to ensure accuracy and completeness. Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams, industry representatives, and NGOs to gather, analyze, and present data. Provide technical guidance on data modeling and visualization best practices.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's or master’s degree
Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience
in data analytics, with a strong focus on
Qlik Sense scripting and dashboard development. Proficiency in
NPrinting
for automated reporting. Strong understanding of
data modeling, data integration, and visualization principles. Experience working with
large-scale, multi-stakeholder data projects. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical data into policy-relevant insights.
Preferred Skills Familiarity with EU regulatory processes and stakeholder engagement. Ability to guide the development of web-based data collection tools.
