We are excited to invite you to join our team as a Microsoft Systems Administrator.
Objectives:
As a Microsoft Administrator focusing on M365, you will be responsible for configuring and managing our global M365 environment, including Entra-ID, Exchange Online, and other Microsoft services. You will ensure smooth operation and high security standards, managing users, groups, roles, and resources, and monitoring policies. You will also contribute to the development of this technology area, keeping abreast of innovations and security concerns.
Functions:
* Manage and optimize the M365 platform, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other services.
* Implement and monitor security policies to ensure data integrity and security.
* Assist IT support in resolving issues and provide advanced support for end users.
* Plan and implement updates, rollouts, and new features to keep the platform current.
* Create documentation and train users and IT staff on Microsoft 365 tools and best practices.
* Support IT projects such as tenant migrations, integrations, and new service introductions.
What are we looking for?
We seek professionals with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role within a multinational company (food, energy, environment), with expertise in Microsoft Administration or equivalent. The ideal candidate is methodical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, results-driven, proactive, and possesses good communication skills.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or similar. Strong knowledge in:
* Entra ID (including user/group management, conditional access, enterprise/app registrations, privileged identity management)
* Exchange (Online and On-premises)
* SharePoint / OneDrive, Teams / MS Suite
Additional skills and requirements:
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, provide advanced support, and resolve problems efficiently. Certifications like MS-900 or SC-300 are advantageous. Pragmatic, decisive, organized, autonomous, versatile, proactive, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. Fluency in English (B2-C1) is essential, with communication conducted in English.
