As Senior Manager, Global Direct Tax & Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening Arxada's global tax reporting and compliance framework. Working closely with the Head of Global Direct Tax & Reporting, you will lead complex global tax reporting processes, partner with senior stakeholders across regions, and help drive consistency, automation, and continuous improvement across the tax function.
Essential Job Functions Lead and oversee global direct tax reporting and compliance activities, partnering with internal teams and external advisors
Manage the preparation and review of tax provisions (current and deferred) in accordance with IFRS
Assist in managing the group OECD PillarII obligations
Review international tax returns prepared by third‐party providers and ensure timely and accurate filing
Strengthen tax governance, controls and risk‐management processes across regions
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality
Support tax forecasting, effective tax‐rate analysis and modeling for strategic initiatives
Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury and regional teams to deliver high‐quality outcomes
Qualifications & Experience University degree in Economics, Accounting or a related field; Master's in Tax preferred
Recognized professional qualification (ACA, CPA, CTA or equivalent)
Significant experience in corporate tax, reporting and compliance within a multinational organisation or professional services environment
Strong knowledge of IFRS tax accounting and global tax reporting requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects in a global setting
Collaborative leadership style with a continuous‐improvement mindset
Business‐fluent English
