Website Management Reporting to the Senior Website Manager EMEA, you will build, update, and optimize web pages across EMEA sites, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and UX/UI best practices. Ensure all content complies with accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and internal content governance. Test and implement new website functionalities, both pre- and post-launch. Maintain and expand the website teams knowledge base with up-to-date documentation and learnings. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the primary point of contact for local marketing teams on website-related initiatives. Plan and manage the timely execution of website projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to local and regional marketing teams on website strategy and execution. Collaborate with peers across regions to share and adopt best practices. Performance Optimization Monitor and report on the performance of key website projects and initiatives. Partner with the CRO lead to implement conversion rate optimization strategies, including A/B testing and personalization. Work closely with the SEO lead to drive organic traffic growth. Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve website performance and user experience. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills fluent in English written and spoken (C2 level). Experience working with a CMS (preferably Drupal). Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to advise on page structure and design. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective. Data-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics and Excel. Nice-to-Haves Familiarity with JavaScript.
