What you'll do As technical lead on your assigned projects, you'll: Drive technical execution — keep projects on time, on budget, and on spec Partner with CDMOs and CMOs alongside internal Project Management, Regulatory, Clinical, and Quality teams to ensure every technical and quality requirement is met Own technical documentation — review and approve development and scale-up reports, specifications, analytical methods, validations, and process documentation Manage lifecycle activities including manufacturing site transfers and process improvements Support quality events, deviations, and investigations with sharp technical judgment Track project progress and spend, flagging risks before they become problems Stay ahead of the field — regulations, best practices, and emerging developments in pharmaceutical manufacturing What you bring Must-haves Degree or PhD in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical development, xpzdshu validation, or R&D (veterinary or human medicines) Proven track record managing complex projects in an industrial setting Strong technical and analytical skills with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication English at C1 level (essential) Nice-to-haves Working knowledge of Spanish Experience with CDMO/CMO management Veterinary pharmaceutical background Why join us Competitive package Direct influence on products that reach animals
