The SSHE Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for Security, Safety, Health, and Environment (SSHE) in the Go to Market segment for Spain, Italy, France, and Iberia. This role oversees the Distribution Centre, Refrigerated Vans, and office environments across these countries. Responsibilities include leading the SSHE agenda, with a focus on Zero Harm in Safety and zero Category 1 incidents in Environment, especially Road Safety.
Key Responsibilities :
* SSHE Point of Contact : Act as the main SSHE representative for the Distribution Centres, Refrigerated Vans, and Office locations in the region.
* SSHE Agenda : Drive initiatives aligned with company goals of Zero Harm and zero environmental incidents.
* Maintain the SHE system for compliance with company, industry, and legislative standards.
* Develop and track SHE improvement plans.
* Manage daily SHE activities, including risk assessments and reporting.
* Conduct SHE audits to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
* Complete SHE reporting and analyze data to monitor indicators.
* Provide guidance and coaching on SHE practices to management.
* Road Safety : Implement and monitor transportation safety initiatives.
* Distribution Centre Safety : Implement safety measures for warehouses and refrigeration systems.
* Office Safety : Ensure safety protocols are followed in offices and during events.
* Ensure compliance with all SSHE regulations and policies.
* Develop and deliver SHE training programs.
* Lead investigations and resolutions of SSHE incidents.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications / Experience & Skills :
* Cert IV in OH&S or related field.
* Experience with Return to Work programs.
* Strong knowledge of legislation.
* Excellent computer and literacy skills.
* 5-7 years of SSHE experience, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
* Knowledge of SSHE regulations and best practices, leadership skills.
* Relevant SSHE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are desirable.

* Leadership in team development and safety culture.
