ABG Enprom Solutions is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager (Channel Sales and Direct) to lead our international sales strategy and expand our global presence. The Role
As Sales Manager, you will drive global revenue through strategic channel management and direct sales. This position is ideal for a commercially-minded professional with a proven ability to build partnerships, open new markets, and achieve results.
Core Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy aligned with company goals.
* Identify, engage, and manage strategic channel partners to enhance market coverage and growth.
* Lead direct sales efforts in targeted markets, managing the full sales cycle.
* Prospect for new business opportunities through channels and direct efforts.
* Provide product and solution training to partners.
* Set and monitor sales targets for partners and regions.
* Analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
* Produce sales forecasts and business plans in collaboration with leadership.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
The Ideal Candidate
We seek someone with a proven international sales track record, capable of building relationships, penetrating new markets, and exceeding targets. You should be a self-starter, strategist, and deal-closer, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
* Minimum 7 years in international sales and business development, preferably in industrial machinery, packaging, or automation sectors.
* Experience managing distributors, agents, or VARs across regions.
* Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner development.
* Experience in complex B2B sales with long cycles and multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to grow direct sales pipelines, focusing on prospecting and closing.
* Excellent relationship, communication, and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
* Comfort with CRM and sales analytics tools.
* Strong business acumen regarding margins, pricing, and financials.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and independent worker.
* Willing to travel internationally (50-60%).
* Cultural awareness and experience in diverse markets.
* Background in machinery, automation, or engineering is a plus.
