WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
Mid-Senior level expertise (5+ years) in database administration with specialized focus on email marketing platforms
Proven experience implementing automated email journeys (cart abandonment, category abandonment, behavioral triggers)
Hands-on skills in SDK installation, tracking tag configuration, and trigger setup for enterprise marketing platforms
Technical proficiency in email template development and responsive email coding
Experience building automated workflows and behavioral campaign sequences
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Primarily remote role (minimal onsite requirements if any)
Strong understanding of data segmentation and campaign performance analytics
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Implement end-to-end email marketing infrastructure: install SDKs, configure tracking tags, and set up behavioral triggers
Design and deploy automated customer journeys for cart/category abandonment and user behavior campaigns
Develop responsive email templates optimized for all devices and email clients
Configure and validate data flows between marketing platforms and CRM systems
Troubleshoot technical issues in campaign execution and data synchronization
Document implementation processes and provide knowledge transfer to client teams
Optimize email deliverability and performance metrics through technical adjustments
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure GDPR compliance in all technical implementations and data handling processes
