Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the global People u0026amp; Labor Relations agenda with a focus on Spanish labor law, ensuring compliance while balancing risk with business needs. You will serve as the internal expert on employment matters and provide pragmatic, strategic guidance on complex topics like collective bargaining and employee relations. You will manage relationships with works councils and employee representatives to support sustainable business outcomes. You will align people policies and advise on international labor matters, contributing to a high-impact, compliant organization. - Define general labor relations frameworks and governance with local support
- Monitor labor landscape and ensure multi-country regulatory alignment
- Provide advisory support with local managers and external counsel
- Lead interactions with Works Councils and employee representatives
- Own and execute collective negotiations lifecycle (preparation, strategy, negotiation, documentation)
- Develop labor relations strategy for multiple regions and ensure compliance
- Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure documentation and defensibility
- Provide support to People Department and managers in sensitive cases and risk assessment
- Coordinate with external counsel on litigation and pre-litigation scenarios
- Drive data-driven insights and continuous improvement in labor relations metrics
- Lead trainings and act as trusted advisor to senior leaders
- Translate insights into preventative actions and strategic recommendationsResponsabilidades
- 8-10 years in Labor Relations / Employee Relations with Spanish labor law experience
- Qualified Law degree specialized in Labor/Employment law or related postgraduate qualification
- Pharma industry experience
- Experience as a lawyer (in-house or law firm) with international labor matters
- Proven track record in collective bargaining and negotiations with Works Councils/Unions
- Strong execution-focused profile with experience in disciplinary actions and terminations
- Advising senior stakeholders on legal risk and labor strategy
- Exposure to multinational environments and collaboration with international HR/Legal teams
