We are a company dedicated to the car rental sector with over 50 years' experience in the business. Our head office is located in Alicante (Spain) and we have offices in the most popular tourist destinations in Southern Europe and Mediterranean coast: Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Madeira, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, mainland Greece and the Greek islands.
We are currently looking for an Fleet Assistant. The selected candidate will join the team responsible for the full management of accidents, insurance processes, and traffic fines for our international fleet. This role involves close collaboration with multiple internal departments (Fleet, Workshop, Customer Service, Administration, Legal, etc.) as well as with insurance companies, brokers, and official authorities. The responsibilities of the position are:
Main responsabilities:
- Management and follo-up of vehicle purchasing processes.
- Administrative management and operational tasks related to vehicle transportation.
- Coordination and supervision of the vehicle registration process.
- Synergistic work with the pricing team to coordinate vehicle deliveries to the appropriate locations.
- Fleet-related document management and control.
- Ongoing contact with brands, suppliers and manufacturers.
- General operational support for the fleet department.
Requisitos:
Minimum requirements:
- Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration or similar.
- High level of English (minimum B2).
- Valuable knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, advanced formulas)
- Valuable knowledge of additional languages such as Portuguese, Italian, or Greek.
- Valuable previous administrative experience, preferably in insurance, automotive or traffic.
