Main Responsibilities

* Influence customers to adopt contact lenses by generating new users and promoting a proactive mindset among eye care professionals (ECPs) and business owners.
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
* Develop a deep understanding of various sales channels, including independent practices, buying groups, and retail chains.
* Utilize tools such as customer journey mapping, point-of-sale analysis, and database management to drive category development.
* Execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) within designated Key Account Areas (KAs).
* Promote the Misight category and encourage ECPs to improve children's lives through vision correction.
* Implement coverage plans tailored to customer segments and follow established sales processes.
* Foster strong relationships with customers, including eye care professionals, business owners, and sales staff.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary and provide value to the team.
* Stay up-to-date on CooperVision programs and utilize them effectively.
* Complete all reporting and administrative duties.
* Maintain a strong knowledge of products, including CooperVision and competitor offerings.
* Participate in industry conferences and stay receptive to training and improvement opportunities.
