* Fluent English and high level of Spanish (spoken and written)
QUÉ HARÁS DÍA A DÍA
* Act as an P&C business partner to the unit manager on all People topics.
* Lead and develop the unit P&C team to provide excellent co-worker experience.
* Ensure the market people strategy and action plan.
* Influence the management team to develop leadership in each of the functions.
* Together with the management team, ensure the market,s succession plan, paying special attention to high performers and high potentials.
* Be a good example of leadership through our Values, ensuring that the IKEA Culture is a living reality.
* Responsible for implementation of coworker relations plan that effectively manages all local interactions with coworkers and ensures that all areas in the unit work with the labour relations principles and uphold local policies, procedures and laws.
* Together with the Business Navigation Manager responsible for the distribution of budget hours between the unit departments, according to the need of the business and the coworker, enabling an effective and efficient people planning process.

Tus principales objetivos serán: Desarrollar, junto con el/la Business Navigator, un plan adecuado de staff, para asegurar las necesidades del negocio. Ser un buen ejemplo de liderazgo a través de nuestros Valores, asegurando que la Cultura IKEA es una realidad viva. Junto al equipo de dirección, asegurar el plan de sucesión de la tienda, prestando especial atención a las personas con alto desempeño y potencial. Asegurar que IKEA es reconocido en el mercado local como una gran empresa en la que trabajar. Influenciar al equipo de dirección para desarrollar el liderazgo en cada una de las funciones. Asegurar la estrategia y el plan de acción de la tienda en todo lo relativo a personas.
