**Digital Marketing Internship**:

Want to help drive real business growth in an international events and education company while working in the sunniest city in Europe?
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern for the first semester of the 2026-2027 academic year to support our content strategy, help grow our event audiences, and get hands-on experience with organic digital marketing campaigns that lead to commercial results.

**Who are we**
UXDX is a general events and training company on a mission to help teams build better products by bringing together Product, UX, Design, and Development. We run two flagship conferences each year, one in Europe and one in the USA, alongside a series of free local and online community events throughout the year. As part of our small, hands-on team, you’ll help us grow our reach and connect with a global audience of product professionals.
**What you'll do**
You’ll work closely with our Global Marketing Manager to create and distribute content that supports ticket sales, promotes our community events, and helps grow our brand across key channels. Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the promotion of our main event and community events.
- Assisting with content planning, scheduling, and basic reporting.
- Helping brainstorm ideas for new campaigns and partnerships.
- Conducting research on audience segments, competitors, and trends.
- Tracking performance of content and marketing efforts to improve outcomes.
**Who we're looking for**
- You are in your 3rd or 4th year of a relevant HBO study (Marketing, Communication, International Business, etc.).
- You’re proactive, eager to learn, and ready to roll up your sleeves to turn ideas into action.
- You write clearly and confidently in English.
- You’re comfortable learning new tools and aren’t afraid of data.
- You’re organised, motivated, and love seeing your work make an impact.
- Nice to have: Experience with video editing and content creation.
