Overview
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support diverse recruitment initiatives, drive HR strategy alignment, and advocate for diversity and inclusion across the organization. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of outstanding talent and organizational capability in Siemens Mobility projects.
Responsibilities
* Act as Technical Project Leader for the sourcing and recruitment strategy, coordinating with hiring managers and the HR team to align talent plans with project needs.
* Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international roles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
* Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, including Sourcing, assessment, and selection processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of recruitment plans with project milestones, scopes, and budgets.
* Provide coaching and development support to hiring teams, helping to improve interview techniques and selection decisions.
* Create and maintain reporting on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and diversity indicators; communicate findings to stakeholders.
* Identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement continuous improvement measures to enhance recruitment processes and internal workflows.
Requirements
* +5 years of experience in international recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with technology or mobility sectors.
* Experience managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for international roles, including stakeholder engagement and market mapping.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills; ability to influence and partner with diverse teams.
* Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities with a focus on delivering results.
* Experience working in international and multidisciplinary environments; willingness to travel as needed.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
