Growth Marketing Lead

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to drive full-funnel growth across the deepset AI Platform and Haystack community. You’ll translate deepset’s strategic goals into growth programs where you will run digital and field demand experiments, analyze results, optimize inbound and outbound funnels, and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, and RevOps to drive pipeline and revenue. Continuously design and run high-tempo demand experiments across web, social, paid (with agency), email, landing pages, and content syndication, scaling success based on results
Drive high-conversion, inbound growth via the Haystack community (1000s of companies), SEO (with agency), partners, and organic social
Build outbound programs combining SDR sequences with industry, use case and Haystack aligned paid campaigns, analyzing call and engagement data to refine cross-functionally
Test and scale repeatable webinar, roundtable, and event formats that consistently generate ICP-qualified pipeline
Track funnel performance with RevOps using attribution, conversion, and pipeline metrics from awareness through leads, MQLs, meetings, and opportunity stages
Collaborate with Product Marketing, DevRel, Sales, and Product to align messaging and feedback
Manage your budget with focus on ROI, repeatability, velocity, and channel/tactic performance
5+ years of experience in data-driven B2B SaaS or deep tech marketing
~ Ability to drive tight feedback loops with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure messaging learnings and evolutions are adapted quickly into demand
~ Skilled in HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Webflow, and Salesforce, as well as user, sales, and intent analytics platforms
~ Experience managing SEO and paid media agency partners for alignment and refinement against business goals
~ Experience marketing to both technical (e.G., Background in marketing LLM or AI technologies
Prior demand experience in early-stage or high-growth startups within high-growth, competitive markets like AI
Experience with event marketing (webinars, roundtables, field events)
