Responsibilities:
* Understand OEM prosumer product requirements and prescribe inverters and batteries.
* Create project documentation including energy requirements, design calculations, drawings, layouts, specifications, block schematics, solution presentations, value propositions, compliance tables, and software programming procedures.
* Expand Prosumer Transactional Business Market Share in targeted sales areas and drive growth at OEM / EOEM accounts within your region.
* Deploy new offers in the field, ensuring successful launch acceptance and deployment.
* Collaborate with Sales teams to enhance their knowledge of prosumer products and activate the sales cycle; work with channel partners to train staff.
* Identify and execute technical sales activities for new customer leads and existing offers.
* Provide engineering support during installation, including process, tools, procedures, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
* Work closely with the business forecasting leader to update partners on progress.
Experience Requirements:
* B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related technical/engineering degree preferred.
* Background in technical validation of inverters and batteries.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders, listen effectively, and gather input.
* Knowledge of industrial communication systems for smart/connected systems is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks from various stakeholders.
* Analytical, creative, and effective communicator with good presentation skills.
* Problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
