We're looking for enthusiastic professionals ready to deliver top-tier guest experiences while working in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls in German to close reservations – focus on sales + service.
* Assist customers with inquiries and booking-related needs.
* Maintain a guest-first, solution-oriented mindset at all times.
What You Bring:
* C2 level German + Advanced English
* Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in hospitality/tourism.
* Residency in Málaga or nearby.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Details:
* Permanent contract (2-month probation).
* 39 hours/week – rotating shifts Mon–Sun, between 14:00–22:00.
* Gross salary: €21,500/year
* €1,500 sign-on bonus
* Mon–Thu: 09:00–18:00 (split shift) | Fri: 09:00–16:00
