Financial Risk Manager This role involves overseeing non-financial risks across various areas, including control risk, processing risk, unauthorized activities, employment practices, personal and physical security, information technology risks, continuity and operational resilience risk, and internal and external fraud. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of NFR and work closely with IT and business management to identify and assess risks, implement controls, and monitor adherence to risk appetite. Implementing measures for employee safety during office operations. Ensuring security protocols are in place to prevent data breaches. Conducting thorough risk assessments on key strategic projects and programs. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in financial risk management, hold a university degree or equivalent, and possess professional education and multiple international certifications for risk management. A strong understanding of digital banking processes, regulations, and technologies is essential, along with expertise in testing methodologies and collaboration skills. This position requires excellent analytical skills, fluency in English, and soft skills such as pro-activeness, communication, persuasion, and assertiveness.
