We are looking for an Freelance Innovation Comms Consultant to join the team and assist in various innovation-focused roles within the organization with their communication needs. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong communication, event management, and project management skills to effectively support and enhance innovation initiatives. The candidate will bring innovative approaches and technologies to communication strategies, embodying our innovation spirit.
What will your duties be?
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
* Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree communication plans to support innovation strategic initiatives and promote awareness and understanding of change initiatives.
* Produce high-quality communication assets, including presentations, reports, and digital content (articles, video content, visual assets, to effectively convey innovation efforts and outcomes.
* Serve as a liaison between innovation teams and internal/external stakeholders ensuring clear and effective communication.
* Identify, analyze, and manage key stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
* Introduce innovative communication technologies, approaches, and formats to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
Event Management:
* Plan, organize, and execute events that foster collaboration and showcase innovative solutions.
* Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure successful event outcomes.
Project Management:
* Assist in managing innovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
* Support resource allocation and prioritize tasks to align with strategic innovation goals.
Innovation Support:
* Provide support in developing and managing specific projects enhance innovation efforts.
* Assist in implementing innovation methodologies and frameworks to drive effective outcomes.
Which are the requirements?
* Minimum 8 years proven experience in communication, event management, and project management roles.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations and develop actionable solutions and detailed plans.
* Excellent collaboration skills, fostering teamwork and effective communication across diverse groups.
* Excellent writing and oral skills in English.
* Demonstrated ability to draft 360-degree communication plans and produce communication assets.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and positivity in navigating organizational processes.

* Good knowledge of AI technologies and their practical applications. Familiar with the usual MS Office products as well as with Miro.
