Define and implement the QA strategy for Salesforce platformsLead end-to-end testing processes across Salesforce applicationsOversee manual and automated testing initiativesManage defect tracking, test cycles, and releases using JiraDrive test automation using tools such as SeleniumEnsure quality across:Salesforce core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)Integrations with external systems (APIs, middleware)Establish and monitor QA KPIs (test coverage, defect leakage, release quality)Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologiesLead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder).Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Knowledge of API testing and integration testing.Experience with performance and security testing.
