Your focus is to drive strategic expansion across the BPM sub-region and collaborate with internal teams to win as one team.
Responsibilities
Champion a 5-year strategic growth plan for the sub-region.
Build and lead a high-performing team of Business Partner Managers.
Expand and energize our Business Partner and distributor network.
Unlock market potential through smart territory allocation and partner development.
Foster trust and transparency with partners through consistent communication.
Drive joint sales efforts—client meetings, field visits, trade fairs, and more.
Collaborate closely with internal BPM teams and central functions—because we win as one team.
Report directly to the Head of Region BPM EMEA and work alongside other Sub-Regional Directors.
Lead a team of BPMs, cultivating a culture of safety, inclusion, and shared success.

Proven success in intralogistics sales and B2B channel management.
Deep experience in business development and marketing.
Strong analytical skills to assess market potential and trends.
A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in multicultural environments.

You'll be a role model for our Business Partners—leading by example and driving results through clear, honest communication.
Languages: English required; additional regional languages are a plus.
