What You'll Do
As our Account Strategist in Barcelona, you'll be vital to the continued expansion of our business around the world. You'll work with a fantastic international team and be rewarded for excellence.
Every day you will manage various types of clients:
1. Provide strategic account management to medium-sized advertisers and media agencies
2. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels from CMO to Traffic Manager
3. Advise on clients' digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo's technology across channels and devices
4. Pursue both individual and team goals
5. Analyze complex performances to advise your partners
6. Optimize accounts to improve performance and identify growth opportunities
7. Analyze a wide range of performance metrics and KPIs
8. Use your market knowledge to support clients' long-term development
9. Develop win/win strategies to grow your portfolio
10. Exploit multiscreen solutions designed by our engineering teams
11. Inspire client growth by promoting innovative cross-channel perspectives
12. Act as a consultant to create successful campaigns aligned with client objectives
Who You Are
Excellent phone-based sales experience and client-facing relationship skills are required. Proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech-related field. Experience in the full sales cycle from discovery to signing. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills across all levels. Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. Ability to work and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Passion for new media, internet trends, and continual learning. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
