**YOUR ROL**:
- Coordinate, support and control sales activities in the territory of your responsibility.
- Ensure the achievement of the objectives set by the sales department.
- Guide your activities according to the objectives (sales, distribution, assortment, budget, margin) in accordance with the Strategy defined in the Sales Plans.
- Create an Action Plan for the assigned groups assigned as well as to agree on actions and promotions according to the channel's policies.
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- 5-6 years of commercial experience, preferred in the traditional channel / hardware store.
- Commercial skills and proactivity to carry out commercial projects in the area.
- Residence in the area of Madrid
- High level of English
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Availability to travel in the Northern area
- Experience in managing and coordinating sales teams
